Well hello again, I know its been a while since my last post, so much has happened since then. I've settled into Montreal and I am LOVING living in the plateau for the summer. All the hustle and bustle of this great city is just outside my door. I have tons of great place to eat (there is the most yummy authentic food on every corner), drink, and have fun in general.
The only problem is that I have let my activity level fall to the way side...wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to the side. So to solve this situation I've decided to start a 30 day activity challenge, where i will be active for at least 30mins everyday. I'm asking for ideas for different activities I can try this month, to keep me challenged and excited. Can't wait to hear what you've got!
